TL;DR
SAP FICO Consultant (SAP S/4HANA): Managing functional testing and rollout activities for SAP Finance and Controlling across regional deployments in a global life sciences consulting project with an accent on end-to-end process understanding, test planning, and defect management. Focus on designing and executing deployment tests, coordinating stakeholders and external partners, and supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation from process design through global rollout.

What you will do
- Define global, regional, and local test cases, test plans, test data, and prerequisites for Deployment End-to-End Tests in the FICO workstream.
- Execute and document tests in SAP Solution Manager according to project frameworks, PMM, and CSV rules.
- Coordinate testing with regional teams and external partners, including potential 3PL providers.
- Manage defects, track execution status, and report progress to Test Management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to understand business requirements and align processes with global standards.
- Support design and rollout activities in SAP S/4HANA from business-process analysis through implementation and transition.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of related business experience in the FICO area.
- End-user experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to analyze, design, describe, and test solutions using end-to-end business-process understanding.
- Broad knowledge of FICO business processes, policies, programs, ERP, and decentralized systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, change management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FICO integration with logistics and reporting.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager testing tools.
