What you will do

• Specify the architecture of a digital controller for MTP memory, including self-test and security features.
• Implement the controller at RTL level using Verilog.
• Build testbenches and verify controller functionality through digital simulation.
• Run the complete digital design flow through place and route to verify the physical implementation.
• Document the design to support future reuse.

Requirements

• Master of Science, Bachelor, final-year technical university student, or engineer in electrical engineering.
• Strong understanding of digital circuit design.
• Affinity with Verilog or VHDL and digital simulation tools.
• Good English is required for international meetings, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Linux environment.
• Ability to develop automation scripts and software.
