Lead AI Edge, Devices & Mobile Engineer

What you will do

• Define and drive the technical vision for AI-powered mobile applications across Android, iOS, and Windows.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for edge and mobile devices.
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines and production-ready AI services.
• Define device integration patterns and deployment approaches for reusable, industrialized edge AI solutions.
• Mentor software engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of mobile application development experience in the IoT or embedded domain.
• Experience developing native and cross-platform applications with Swift, Kotlin, UWP, React Native, and Flutter.
• Ability to deliver high-performance, reliable, secure, and scalable mobile solutions.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered mobile experiences, including GenAI assistants, chatbots, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Experience implementing observability, logging, telemetry, and performance monitoring for mobile AI applications.

Nice to have

• Experience developing healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or other regulated-industry applications.
• Experience with IoT systems, edge AI deployments, wearable technologies, IoT devices, and edge computing.
• Experience with MLOps and mobile model optimization techniques.
