Social Content Creator + Editor (Social Media)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

COHO is P&G’s internal advertising agency and production studio within the Personal Care division, creating content for Beauty and Personal Care brands.

What you will do

• Produce, shoot, and edit social content from concept through final delivery.
• Create platform-native assets for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
• Shoot product content, lifestyle moments, KOL collaborations, beauty application demonstrations, and trend-driven formats.
• Track platform trends, experiment with new formats, and use performance insights to improve future content.
• Work with Creative Directors, brand partners, DP, editors, and the CG team on solo and hybrid production projects.
• Organize media assets, project files, and deliverables while contributing to COHO’s ongoing content library.

Requirements

• 3+ years of content creation experience and a portfolio of work.
• Ability to develop an idea, shoot it, and edit a finished asset within tight timelines.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, trends, algorithms, and native content formats.
• Ability to create aspirational product visuals using strong lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile editing applications, plus basic motion graphics skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt between mobile and professional camera setups, and collaborate with brand, design, media, community, production, and agency partners.
