TL;DR
GenAI Data Modeler (Data Architecture/AI): Building enterprise data models, ontologies, and reusable information assets for large-scale insurance applications with an accent on data governance, integration, quality, security, and privacy. Focus on designing 3NF, dimensional, and Data Vault models, integrating AI and LLM capabilities, and improving enterprise data architecture across multiple geographies.
Location: Dublin; primarily office-based

What you will do
- Create and manage data models and ontologies for large-scale business applications across multiple geographies.
- Design and integrate enterprise information assets, services, and business systems in line with governance standards.
- Document and continuously improve data architecture systems, data integration processes, and information lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, engineers, and Data Governance teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and privacy-compliant data.
- Monitor data architecture trends and apply new approaches to improve business applications and data usage.
Requirements
- Experience creating complex data models and applying 3NF, dimensional modeling, and Data Vault methodologies.
- Strong data analysis, data profiling, SQL, data integration, and data design skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, master data management, and reference data management.
- Experience with data modeling or ETL tools, Snowflake, ER modeling, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and XML/JSON.
- Experience designing data assets across warehouses and marts, including reporting, analysis, conceptualization, and design.
- AGILE/Rally development experience or training, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in data warehousing and the Snowflake platform.
- Understanding of ontologies.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry or a similar tool.
- Experience in insurance or financial services.
