Location: Malmö, Sweden; majority of the time in the workplace with travel to Älmhult once a week

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Angular web applications and mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Build, test, and deploy high-quality features focused on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product teams, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences.
• Own complex technical challenges from idea through implementation and contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers through knowledge sharing, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Improve reliability, performance, developer experience, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices and experience working in agile teams.
• Experience with Angular and TypeScript, or a similar modern frontend framework such as React.
• Experience with mobile application development.
• Ability to take technical ownership and drive complex engineering topics.
• Effective collaboration across engineering, product, and design, including mentoring and technical decision-making.
• Responsibility for code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in backend technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience working across multiple components or products within a digital product area.
• Product mindset connecting technical decisions to user needs and business outcomes.
• Understanding of networks, integrations, and data flows between systems.
• Experience influencing technical direction beyond individual development work.
