Senior React Native Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and ship high-quality mobile experiences in React Native across financial products.
• Own features end to end, from problem discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Work with APIs and real-time data to create responsive, data-rich experiences.
• Make decisions around state management, rendering, performance, and mobile architecture.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape solutions for ambiguous client problems.
• Raise the product-engineering bar through technical discussions, code reviews, and strong product ownership.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping production applications with React Native.
• Product-building mindset with strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into effective engineering solutions.
• Experience with end-to-end feature ownership, metrics, experimentation, and client-impact measurement.
• Experience working with APIs, dynamic or real-time data, and responsive client experiences.
• Effective written and verbal English communication across a globally distributed team.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude while retaining ownership of engineering decisions and quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, payments, or another financial technology environment.
• Experience with streaming data, mobile and web development, or native Swift and Kotlin.
• Experience improving performance, responsiveness, and reliability across mobile devices.
• Startup or small-to-medium-sized technology company experience.
