Location: Remote in Colombia, including Bogotá, Tolima, and Medellín

operates an AI-powered precision medicine platform that connects cancer patients with clinical trials and supports pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, and healthcare systems.
What you will do
- Review and validate AI-abstracted clinical data against medical records, including diagnoses, disease stage, biomarkers, treatment history, laboratory results, and imaging findings.
- Evaluate patient eligibility against clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Perform human-in-the-loop clinical quality assurance by identifying abstraction errors, edge cases, and misinterpretations of trial criteria.
- Apply oncology and hematology expertise to assess treatment history, treatment sequencing, biomarkers, comorbidities, and staging.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations on referral-to-enrollment workflows and document clinical and QA findings clearly.
- Work with Product and Engineering to address recurring data and interpretation issues and improve AI-driven matching workflows.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent medical degree.
- Working knowledge of and genuine interest in oncology and/or hematology.
- Ability to interpret real-world medical records, including EHR data, pathology and imaging reports, laboratory results, and treatment histories.
- Strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
- Interest in applying AI and machine learning to healthcare.
- Remote work is available from Colombia.

- Exposure to pharma-sponsored clinical trials.
- Experience evaluating clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Experience supporting clinical trial recruitment or patient screening.
- Familiarity with clinical data management or clinical research workflows.
- Interest in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Management, or related areas.
