Data Validation Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Create realistic data-entry and validation tasks for an AI evaluation project.
• Build and review datasets across CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents.
• Introduce and identify missing data, malformed records, formatting inconsistencies, and truncations.
• Define correct outputs, reconciliation requirements, and detailed grading rubrics.
• Ensure tasks reflect real-world data quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Experience in data entry, quality assurance, data validation, or related roles.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data across multiple file formats.
• Strong ability to identify data inconsistencies, formatting errors, missing information, and truncations.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and process-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments such as healthcare, finance, or legal operations.
• No prior AI experience is required.
