Staff Engineer - Supply & Demand Technology (Supply Chain/ERP/AI): Shaping technical direction across multiple product teams supporting global supply and demand technology, with an accent on supply chain platforms, ERP transformation, and portfolio alignment. Focus on guiding engineering communities without direct authority, managing dependencies across complex stakeholder groups, and building scalable foundations for transportation management and AI adoption.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Shape technical direction and portfolio priorities across multiple Supply & Demand Technology product teams.
- Build alignment across central and regional functions, engineering teams, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Guide lead engineers, technical communities, and engineering teams without direct line authority.
- Improve visibility of dependencies, risks, and opportunities across the technology portfolio.
- Support ERP transformation, transportation management capabilities, planning initiatives, and AI adoption at scale.
Requirements
- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple product teams in a complex supply chain environment.
- Experience delivering large-scale technology transformations with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in supply chain technology, planning processes, or supply chain platforms.
- Experience managing technical alignment and decision-making across organisational boundaries.
- Experience guiding engineering teams and technical communities without direct line authority.
- Experience contributing to enterprise technology programmes involving portfolio planning, dependencies, and execution.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering ERP transformation programmes within a global supply chain organisation.
- Experience with SAP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Kinaxis or similar supply chain planning solutions.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled technology initiatives at scale.
