Senior/Lead Product Manager (Crypto Trading)

OKX is a crypto exchange and developer of a crypto wallet that provides access to crypto trading and decentralized applications for individual and institutional users.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for professional trading tools and the broader trading experience.
• Develop market analysis, charting, order execution, position management, account monitoring, and workspace customisation features.
• Improve the end-to-end trading journey from opportunity discovery and order placement through execution, monitoring, and post-trade review.
• Introduce advanced trading and automation capabilities while preserving user control over trading decisions.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis, define success metrics, and use behavioural and trading data to guide priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, quantitative research, risk, compliance, operations, support, and commercial teams while mentoring product managers.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience delivering complex user-facing products.
• Experience building professional trading tools, terminals, charting or market-data products, execution products, or trading automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading workflows, including market data, order execution, position management, margin, P&L, and risk controls.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle from research and strategy through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Ability to work with engineering and design teams on real-time, data-intensive, or high-performance products and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required; English is the working language for meetings, documentation, and daily collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto spot, perpetual futures, options, centralized or decentralized exchanges, or on-chain trading products.
• Active trading experience or familiarity with platforms such as TradingView, 3Commas, Bookmap, ATAS, and Quantower.
• Experience with algorithmic execution, trading automation, exchange APIs, real-time market-data infrastructure, or broker and exchange integrations.
• Experience building products across web, desktop, and mobile trading environments.
• Technical, quantitative, engineering, economics, finance, or mathematics background.
