Treasury Manager

Location: İstanbul, Türkiye; hybrid working

What you will do

• Manage cash flow and funding risks to support the company’s operating free cash flow target.
• Run daily cash operations for nine entities and manage their capital needs, intercompany loans, and dividend distribution terms.
• Support foreign-exchange risk management and reduce exposure to adverse currency movements.
• Manage end-to-end company loan duties and contribute to Group Treasury topics.
• Coordinate banking relationships and support business functions with bank-related matters.
• Maintain Treasury Governance and Compliance Procedures and prepare half-year and year-end certifications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance and telecommunications.
• Experience in treasury, cash management, and banking relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and results-oriented execution.
• Excellent English skills.
• Resident in İstanbul, Türkiye.
