Senior Creative (Writer)

Location: Hybrid role based in London or Manchester, United Kingdom

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

hirify.global Creative is the hirify.global’s in-house creative agency, producing marketing campaigns for hirify.global products and services across drama, music, sport, and other content.

What you will do

• Lead creative projects and direct or oversee other creatives when required.
• Create and oversee complex, innovative promotional campaigns based on strong lateral concepts.
• Generate and present multiple ideas and concepts for creative briefs.
• Develop targeted multimedia creative work across different platforms and align it with the hirify.global’s strategic vision.
• Take an active role in developing and coaching other creatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience generating ideas and developing concepts across a range of brands.
• Outstanding copywriting and/or art direction skills.
• Proven ability to create multimedia campaigns for all platforms.
• Excellent pitching and presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and mentor more junior creatives.
• A significant body of work must be submitted for review.
