What you will do
- Audit mortgage loan closing packages to confirm that all documents are present, properly signed, and dated.
- Follow up with relevant parties to resolve incorrect or missing documents.
- Communicate with branches and internal departments about follow-up status.
- Cure investor and insuring suspense items and coordinate with post-closing and insuring departments.
- Assign final closing documents in the document imaging system.
- Maintain post-closing timelines, quality control scores, condition pipelines, and current follow-up comments.

- Ability to manage post-closing conditions, suspense items, and documentation follow-up.
