Location: Onsite – Brisbane, California, United States; travel required up to 25%.

Salary: $181,900–$193,827 annually for roles based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do

• Own operational strategy across multiple clinical trials and/or a full geographic region.
• Shape protocol strategy and provide senior input on study design and data collection.
• Lead vendor and CRO selection strategy, contract negotiations, and strategic relationships.
• Serve as the escalation point for unresolved vendor and site issues.
• Own program-level budget forecasting and identify financial risks across the portfolio.
• Lead audit readiness, represent Clinical Operations at program level, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in biological sciences and 8–10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing global trials or multi-region clinical programs.
• Deep knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines.
• Strategic experience leading vendor and CRO relationships.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior CTMs and CTAs.
• Strong organizational, influencing, leadership, and decision-making skills with the ability to operate independently.
