Sr. Associate, Quality Operations (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Serve as a quality subject-matter expert for HEDIS and Stars specifications.
• Lead quality meetings with payor partners and coordinate responses to requests, audits, and quality inquiries.
• Manage external vendor operations, performance, deliverables, and contractual expectations.
• Provide centralized quality support and education to market and clinical teams.
• Analyze quality metrics and develop actionable reporting for performance improvement.
• Support new workflows, pilot market-level initiatives, and roll out quality strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience with HEDIS/Stars and broader quality improvement, quality management, or population health management.
• 3+ years of experience with Medicare, ACA, Marketplace, and/or Medicaid lines of business.
• Experience managing health plan or vendor relationships, including contractual and SLA oversight.
• Ability to analyze quality data and create actionable reporting using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience designing, piloting, or improving operational workflows in a healthcare quality setting.

Nice to have

• CPHQ or equivalent certification.
