Photographer (Broadcast Lifestyle)

Location: Onsite in San Diego, California at 4575 Viewridge Ave; a valid California driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Starting at $24/hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.

Broadcast media operations producing lifestyle programming, client commercials, and content for on-air and digital platforms.

What you will do

• Shoot and edit lifestyle shows for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Assist with client commercial production.
• Operate Sony Cinema cameras, lighting, sound, and production equipment.
• Support live studio production and set up remote transmissions for digital feeds or live field reports.
• Maintain assigned equipment and complete required paperwork.
• Load, transport, set up, and strike production gear, including lighting equipment, cameras, camera dollies, and audio equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, videography, editing, and live truck operations.
• Advanced knowledge of non-linear editing with Adobe Premiere and an understanding of color correction.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record; daily driving of a news vehicle is essential.
• Ability to work various shifts and times, follow directions, make independent decisions under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle production equipment.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, creativity, and photographic excellence.
