Warehouse Associate

Location: Victoria, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse role. First-shift training is required for 30 days from 7:00am–3:30pm. Available schedules are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $16.45–$21.35 per hour. Starting pay is $16.45 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Receive, verify, count, store, move, pack, and ship parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Use handheld scanners to update receiving, inventory, and order-processing information.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and overhead cranes after training.
• Perform basic quality checks, report damaged parts and repair needs, and maintain warehouse housekeeping.
• Use pneumatic and power tools, build wooden shipping containers, and apply paint and rust preventative.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and at least three months of work experience.
• Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and production goals.
• Ability to work across multiple warehouse areas and willingness to operate material-handling equipment after training.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; walk, squat, and bend for extended intervals.
• Ability to work in frequently changing temperatures and willingness to complete required pre-employment screenings.
