Capital Formation Manager (Digital Asset Fund)

Location: UAE; UAE residency preferred

What you will do

• Source and activate relationships with UAE-based HNWIs, family offices, private banks, and external asset managers.
• Lead initial investor meetings and present the regulated, audited digital asset fund.
• Qualify prospects based on ticket size, decision-making authority, and allocation intent.
• Partner with the senior investment team during deep-dive discussions and closing.
• Maintain disciplined CRM tracking across investor conversations and represent the fund at UAE investment and digital asset events.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in UAE private banking, wealth management, family office coverage, or fund distribution.
• An existing, activatable network of UAE-based HNWIs and family offices.
• Ability to discuss crypto, fund structures, and alternative investments with sophisticated investors.
• Proven ability to convert relationships into capital commitments.
• UAE residency is preferred.
