What you will do

  • Provide written and verbal interpretation between English and Spanish.
  • Translate questions, requests, and internal documentation accurately.
  • Preserve the original phrasing, tone, and intent of source materials.
  • Build and maintain specialized vocabulary resources.
  • Document updates, manage version control, and maintain organized reference files.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency; fully bilingual communication is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and follow structured procedures with close attention to detail.

  • Experience in interpretation, translation, or administrative support.
