TL;DR
Language Coordinator (Translation Operations): Coordinating translation projects, communicating with translators, entering and formatting data, and supporting quality control with an accent on deadline management, accuracy, and cross-team communication. Focus on scheduling projects, resolving translator issues, preparing delivery data, and coordinating with client services, delivery, and finance teams.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; 1–2 weeks of office-based training followed by a hybrid work environment with remote work possible.
What you will do
- Contact translators and schedule translation projects.
- Address translators’ needs and resolve issues throughout the translation process.
- Enter and format data according to delivery specifications.
- Participate in quality control and help ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Cooperate closely with client services and delivery teams.
- Provide purchase order and invoice data to the finance department.
Requirements
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail while working quickly and under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter and stay focused under pressure.
- Comfort working in a PC-based environment with two screens and multiple files.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel; database experience is desirable.
