Lead Unity SDK Engineer (AdTech)

What you will do

• Own the Unity SDK product surface, including architecture, platform customization, testing, and release management.
• Bridge native iOS and Android SDKs into Unity and maintain parity across platforms.
• Build reusable Unity tooling, maintain the Unity validator app, and administer Unity licenses.
• Publish and maintain open source Unity packages using appropriate licensing and distribution practices.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with QE on cross-platform testing.
• Support integration partners through clear SDK documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with cross-platform mobile and SDK development across iOS, Android, and Unity, including dependency resolution and native code integration.
• Strong experience designing modular Unity SDKs with dependency injection, C/C++ bridging, and Unity Editor tooling.
• Proficiency in C#, Kotlin, Swift, and Objective-C++.
• Experience publishing and maintaining open source software, with knowledge of licensing and distribution through NPM, NuGet, and Unity Package Manager.
• Working knowledge of ad tech privacy and consent frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, TCF, GPP, COPPA, CMPs, and App Tracking Transparency.

Nice to have

• Ad tech experience and familiarity with client-server architecture patterns.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Gradle, or Bazel.
• Experience using agentic coding assistants such as Claude Code.
• Experience with mobile test automation tools such as Maestro, BrowserStack, or TestRail.
