Senior Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Product, Sales, and Content teams to clarify business questions and provide actionable analysis.
• Own and evolve reporting infrastructure and data models in dbt and Omni across podcast consumption, listens, views, revenue, payouts, and product analytics.
• Build clear, maintainable dashboards and metric definitions that stakeholders can understand and use.
• Structure business logic so AI agents in Omni can reliably answer stakeholder questions in real time.
• Identify patterns and risks in payout, platform, and podcast consumption metrics and communicate them clearly.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, developers, and Product Managers to maintain consistency across models and definitions.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and dbt skills.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Omni.
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor or Claude to accelerate analytics development.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into robust, maintainable data models and clear metric definitions.
• Careful, reliable approach to data, particularly finance and payout data.
• Strong stakeholder communication, listening, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
