Focus on configuring obligation records in CLM tools, detecting early indicators of breaches and SLA underperformance, reconciling supplier data, and assessing financial, operational, and reputational risks.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid work with up to 50% remote work

What you will do

  • Lead pre-onboarding activities for suppliers and contracts, validating vendor data and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Review contract documents, extract obligations, and configure structured monitoring entries in CLM and obligations management tools.
  • Validate ownership, maintain obligation records, and deliver stakeholder training on contractual responsibilities.
  • Monitor obligations using AI-powered tools, conduct risk-based reviews and spot-checks, and identify breaches, SLA underperformance, and compliance gaps.
  • Reconcile supplier-reported data with internal systems and prepare reports on compliance status, performance trends, and potential impacts.
  • Coordinate supplier and contract offboarding, ensuring obligations are closed, archived, or transitioned correctly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing vendor contract obligations, including rebates, volume commitments, and SLAs.
  • Strong analytical, results-oriented, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • Advanced English level required.
  • Role based in Bogotá, Colombia, with a hybrid work arrangement.
