Merchant Growth Specialist (Ecommerce)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; in-office at the headquarters on Vijzelstraat

Salary: €50,000–€70,000 gross per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Drive measurable revenue growth for restaurant merchants.
• Audit menus, pricing, photos, listings, reviews, and other aspects of merchants’ online presence.
• Optimize marketplace listings and promotions on Uber Eats and Just Eat Takeaway.
• Grow direct orders through hirify.global Commerce and improve restaurant visibility through Spotlight.
• Monitor merchant performance data, identify opportunities and risks, and run growth experiments and campaigns.
• Share insights with the product team and work with Merchant Success to turn results into long-term customer relationships and success stories.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in growth, account management, marketplace operations, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on understanding of food delivery platforms, including algorithms, promotions, fees, and rankings.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and revenue drivers.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
• Ability to work in-office at the Amsterdam headquarters.
