Senior Account Manager (PSPs)

Location: Lithuania; fully remote

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key payment service provider partners as the primary contact.
• Analyse partnerships and identify opportunities to increase revenue, margins, and account performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including discounts and referral conditions.
• Develop referral opportunities and facilitate introductions of new clients.
• Create joint development plans, track initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or the PSP industry, including direct work with payment service providers.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership mindset with ownership, accountability, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• English at B2 level and Russian at C1 level.
