AP Accountant - Spanish Speaking

The role is part of TKE Solution Center Europe Kft's Shared Service Center environment.

What you will do

• Handle document receipt, invoice verification and processing, outgoing payments, reclaims, and corrections.
• Support AP closing and periodic accounting activities while meeting agreed service levels, policies, and procedures.
• Determine, evaluate, and resolve operational issues and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide professional customer service to suppliers.
• Create and regularly update process manuals and work instructions.
• Coach and train junior team members.

Requirements

• College or university degree, preferably in Economics or Finance with an accounting major, or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3+ years of AP accounting experience, preferably in an SSC environment.
• Very good understanding of AP processes and SAP FI.
• Strong English and Spanish language skills required; Hungarian is advantageous.
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel for 2–6 week knowledge-transfer periods when circumstances allow.
