TL;DR
Audit Manager (AI/Contract Assurance): Executing supplier contract audits for compliance, financial integrity, risk detection, and value recovery with an accent on audit findings, stakeholder validation, and corrective actions. Focus on risk-based supplier targeting, improving contract monitoring, and developing audit tools, dashboards, and AI pilots.

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working. International travel of up to 20%, typically for 1–2 week periods.

Salary: HUF 13,171,200–19,756,800 per year.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute supplier audits focused on contract compliance, performance, and financial integrity.
  • Analyze supplier and internal documentation to identify risks, discrepancies, missed value, and financial or operational impacts.
  • Prepare audit findings, validate them with Procurement, Legal, Finance, business units, and suppliers, and support resolution.
  • Lead selected audit assignments by managing scope, timelines, communications, and corrective-action follow-up.
  • Contribute to risk-based supplier targeting and improvements to contract wording, monitoring practices, and supplier governance.
  • Support audit tools, Power BI dashboards, AI pilots, playbooks, templates, training materials, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in internal or external audit, forensic auditing, or contract compliance.
  • Experience preparing written reports and delivering presentations.
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business discipline.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with a Big Four firm or similar consulting environment.
  • Healthcare or life-science industry background.
  • Familiarity with contract language and legal or financial terminology.
  • Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SAP, other ERP systems, or AI-driven audit and data-automation tools.
