TL;DR
Clinical Documentation Innovation Project Lead (AI/Clinical Documentation): Leading the implementation of digital solutions and automation for clinical documents, submission dossiers, translations, trial transparency, and records management with an accent on AI, Generative AI, data mapping, and standardized document production. Focus on coordinating UAT and business requirements, managing vendors and stakeholders, automating deliverables, and ensuring quality control in a regulated life-science environment.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working
Salary: HUF 10,944,000–14,592,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and contribute to digital innovation projects for clinical documentation deliverables.
- Evaluate and implement automation, AI, Generative AI, content reuse, data management, and document templates.
- Define business requirements, business rules, UAT documentation, testing, training, and change-management materials.
- Coordinate automated production of clinical documents and ensure delivery against requirements and deadlines.
- Manage vendor operations, user onboarding, access, training, issue tracking, metrics, and quality control.
- Collaborate with Clinical Documentation, Digital, Pharmacovigilance, Trial Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects in a matrix environment.
- Experience in a life-science R&D environment and on digital projects.
- Experience working with service providers; eTMF or clinical-trial records management experience is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience with automation in a GxP environment and knowledge of software applications or system development.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in clinical data, biostatistics, programming, data management, or digital technology; strong English skills required.
Nice to have
- Agile project methodology experience.
- Experience with Excel functions, VBA, Python, SAS, XML, JSON, or similar data representation and programming technologies.
- Automation experience in document authoring.
