What you will do
- Deliver high-quality C/C++ software for Ring devices.
- Specify, design, and implement functionality for embedded subsystems.
- Build foundational software layers for high-performance embedded robotics systems.
- Implement control algorithms for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with applied science, software, and electronics engineering teams.
- Optimize compute performance and reliability on device hardware.
Requirements
- Professional, non-internship software development experience.
- Experience programming in a modern language such as Java, C++, or C# with object-oriented design.
- Professional embedded development experience in C/C++.
- Knowledge of ARM CPUs.
- Experience with software development practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Knowledge of computer architecture or experience writing low-level drivers.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
