Sr. Director, Urology Services

Location: United States; may be based in Nashville, TN, or work remotely if located near a major airport. Travel up to 30% may be required.

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Medical Officer, OneUrology, as the operational dyad leader for the urology platform.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide urology service line strategy, growth, expansion, standardization, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop scalable operating models, care pathways, workflows, staffing models, and performance metrics across practices and regions.
• Coordinate the integration of laboratory, pathology, imaging, radiation, pharmacy, and advanced therapeutic services.
• Lead quality management, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support EHR optimization, digital health, analytics, interoperability, reporting, talent development, and external industry relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, clinical, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical operations, service line management, and strategic initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise-level initiatives, multi-site or MSO operations, practice integration, and specialty practice environments.
• Strong knowledge of urology or specialty practice operations, clinical workflows, ancillary services, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, develop teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Must be located in the United States; remote candidates should be near a major airport and able to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MHA, MBA, or MSN.
• Experience in urology, oncology, value-based care, or multi-site specialty practice operations.
