Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support governance, risk, and compliance activities and cybersecurity framework implementation.
• Coordinate evidence collection and remediation tracking for internal and external audits.
• Support SOC 2, SOX ITGC, HIPAA, and other compliance assessments.
• Perform user access reviews for assigned applications and systems.
• Maintain awareness of SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and evolving cybersecurity regulations.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across departments to protect systems, vendor environments, and customer data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in GRC-focused security activities.
• Understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NYDFS, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems Assurance or a related field.
• Ability to manage complex timelines, meet deadlines, work independently, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort with an on-site presence in Atlanta is required to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
