Junior Threat Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work with weekly visits to the Ruoholahti office required

What you will do

• Analyze real phishing reports submitted by end-users using purpose-built tooling.
• Classify and tag emails and malicious payloads, including credential harvesters and harmful files.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to develop a current view of the phishing threat landscape.
• Share findings with internal teams and customers to explain emerging threats and risks.
• Co-author concise briefs and in-depth threat reports for a global audience.
• Report notable insights through communication channels and team meetings.

Requirements

• Strong interest in cybersecurity and motivation to build a career in the field.
• Ongoing studies in cybersecurity or a related field such as mathematics, computer science, information technology, engineering, linguistics, journalism, psychology, or communications.
• Proactive, independent, solution-oriented working style with strong self-management and ownership.
• Precision and resilience when performing high-volume triage, including the ability to identify unusual threats.
• Ability to handle sensitive organizational emails with care and to use AI tools responsibly.
• Fluent English required; hybrid work requires weekly attendance at the Helsinki office.

• Home assignment followed by a live walkthrough and an approximately 60-minute on-site interview.
