Retention Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage and engage players who have made two or more deposits.
• Contact players proactively through outbound calls and email.
• Build player relationships by understanding individual preferences and behaviour.
• Increase repeat activity through personalized communication and relevant offers.
• Reactivate inactive players, identify high-potential players, and support their progression toward VIP status.
• Handle questions and objections while monitoring activity and handing over qualified players to the VIP Management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retention, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to understand player behaviour and tailor communication accordingly.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
• Additional language skills.
