TL;DR
Game Designer (RAID: Shadow Legends): Developing characters, bosses, artifacts, battle modes, and gameplay systems for a mobile MMORPG with an accent on game balance, PvP metagame mechanics, and player-driven feature design. Focus on creating complex character and boss mechanics, refining existing gameplay, and using analytics and player feedback to guide feature development.
Location: Lviv office, Kharkiv office, or remote from Ukraine

What you will do
- Develop concepts for characters, bosses, and artifacts.
- Generate ideas for new PvE and PvP battle modes.
- Develop gameplay systems, character mechanics, and boss mechanics.
- Refine the balance of existing characters and improve PvP metagame mechanics.
- Develop and use character creation tools.
- Use performance analytics and player feedback to guide feature design.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Game Designer.
- Experience with MOBA, MMORPG, and CCG games.
- Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, technical documentation, game balance documents, and technical assignments.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience playing RAID: Shadow Legends.
- Higher education in a technical field.
- Experience using AI tools.
