Manager, Client Consulting - NGPO (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead client relationships and business development initiatives across strategic accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop consulting proposals, and support new engagement origination.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including workstreams, analysis, recommendations, business cases, and implementation planning.
• Facilitate client workshops, understand business challenges, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Services, and advisory practices across Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, and Merchants.
• Develop propositions, manage scopes and timelines, and support measurable client outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, payments, banking, fintech, analytics, strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading project workstreams, managing multiple projects, and working with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience developing business value cases that demonstrate ROI.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities, with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
