TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (GenAI/RAG): Designing, building, and deploying generative AI applications from prototypes to production with an accent on RAG pipelines, agentic systems, cloud deployment, and production reliability. Focus on optimizing accuracy, performance, and cost, making complex technical decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.
Location: On-site in Singapore. Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents of Singapore due to project requirements and client security clearance.

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy generative AI applications using RAG, agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Take AI solutions from prototype to production and deliver reliable, scalable systems with AI/ML and software engineers.
- Own key features and components, contributing to system design with attention to performance, cost, maintainability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to turn business needs into practical solutions.
- Review code, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers.
- Evaluate cloud deployment options and optimize GenAI application accuracy, performance, and cost.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to client security clearance.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Python, CI/CD, testing, version control, and clean code practices.
- Experience with a GenAI framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel and an agentic framework such as PydanticAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with LLMOps and observability tools in production; exposure to PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers.
