Cloud Solutions Presales (Alicloud) (Alibaba Cloud/Aliyun): Designing and positioning cloud architectures, migration roadmaps, governance models, and managed services solutions for customers across Hong Kong and Shenzhen with an accent on cloud transformation, security, and cost optimization. Focus on leading technical workshops, translating business challenges into scalable solutions, and supporting proposals, RFPs, and customer adoption journeys.
Location: Kwun Tong, Hong Kong; customer engagements may cover Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and the wider region.

What you will do
- Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, and solution design engagements focused on Alibaba Cloud and Aliyun.
- Design cloud architectures, landing zones, governance models, migration roadmaps, and managed services solutions.
- Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work, technical presentations, and solution documentation.
- Advise customers on migration, modernization, security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and FinOps.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Delivery, and partner teams to position professional and managed services.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders throughout cloud adoption and customer success initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in cloud solution architecture, technical consulting, presales, or customer-facing cloud advisory roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Alibaba Cloud / Aliyun architecture, implementation, migration, governance, or managed services.
- Understanding of cloud landing zones, migration planning, security modernization, FinOps, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate customer business challenges into scalable, secure, and commercially viable cloud solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
