Biotechnologist Drug Product 80-100% (m/f/d)

Location: Visp, Switzerland; three-shift work including nights and Saturdays

What you will do

• Execute GMP-compliant manufacturing activities for liquid and freeze-dried drug products.
• Prepare, execute, and review batch records and other required GMP documentation.
• Operate, set up, and clean production equipment and premises, including compounding, autoclaving, filter integrity testing, and visual inspection.
• Evaluate test results, troubleshoot equipment, resolve production issues, and recommend solutions.
• Support process investigations, process changes, and CAPAs within required timelines.
• Provide technical and procedural support, conduct training, and assist operators and new joiners.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a GMP shopfloor environment, preferably in sterile Drug Product manufacturing.
• Fluent English required.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
• Strong teamwork, communication, structured organization, and focused execution.
• Availability for a three-shift schedule including nights and Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and MES.
• German language skills.
