Senior Occupational Health Nurse (Semiconductor)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan; primarily based at the Hsinchu office with responsibility for the Linkou office. Approximately 20% travel is required.

What you will do

• Manage and promote employees’ mental and physical health through health programs and ongoing support.
• Arrange annual health checks, review examination reports, identify high-risk groups, and provide individual health education.
• Plan health promotion activities and prevent occupational diseases in cooperation with company doctors and safety specialists.
• Supervise, train, and guide the first aider team.
• Develop emergency response actions for incidents such as infectious disease outbreaks and provide immediate medical support or health consultations.
• Support health center operations in Hsinchu and remotely manage employee health activities for the Linkou office.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in nursing.
• At least 3 years of nursing care experience in medical centers or regional hospitals.
• At least 5 years of occupational health experience, including at least 3 years in a high-tech or semiconductor company.
• Nurse license and completion of the 52-hour professional nursing training course for occupational health services.
• Good written and fluent English, with communication, teaching, cultural awareness, analytical thinking, initiative, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations and the ability to work independently under stress.
