What you will do
- Develop and execute the annual medical action plan for rare blood disorders, including clinical and epidemiological studies.
- Represent medical affairs at local meetings, symposia, and international congresses through presentations and scientific engagement.
- Drive publications, medical education, promotional material review, and evidence generation to support brand strategies.
- Build regional and global medical networks and manage internal and external stakeholder partnerships.
- Lead integrated brand planning, define medical KPIs, and coach project teams to deliver high-quality activities.
- Hire, develop, and coach direct reports and lead the patient support service team of Nurse Educators.
Requirements
- Medical, Pharmacy, or PhD degree; specialization in public health, paediatrics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Experience in public health, general medicine, neurology, paediatrics, or related therapeutic areas.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, customer-facing, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with Key Opinion Leaders on publications and presentations and to lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Commitment to applicable legislation, industry codes of conduct, internal SOPs, ethics, compliance, and HSE requirements.
