What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure team delivery of KPIs.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to a team of 10+ employees.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize work processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate team performance and implement development plans.
- Propose organizational design changes to optimize productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
- Thorough experience in leadership roles overseeing a team.
- Strong background in service, process, or performance management.
- Experience managing resources on a day-to-day basis with cross-team impact.
- Understanding of team disciplines and functional areas.
- Ability to analyze future implications of operational issues.
