Staff Data Analyst (Pricing)

What you will do

• Develop business operations decision-making systems and pricing-related reports.
• Analyze domain data, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
• Explain reports, algorithm details, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prioritize metric development requests and lead support for key business initiatives.
• Maintain and improve reports and systems using updated methodologies and technologies.
• Train and mentor junior data analysts.

Requirements

• MS degree in mathematics, statistics, a technical field, or a business field; BS degree accepted with longer experience.
• 6+ years of experience with an MS degree or 9+ years with a BS degree in data science, business analytics, or another quantitative field.
• Excellent SQL skills and proficiency in English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with knowledge of statistical analysis and algorithm design.
• Experience initiating analytics projects, delivering business recommendations, and creating Tableau, Grafana, or similar reports.
• Experience with Python libraries, Spark, R, GitHub, and Airflow.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail or e-commerce.
