What you will do
- Provide financial analysis, commentary, and recommendations for operational and strategic decisions.
- Build financial models for planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Support close, flash, and commit activities with accuracy and minimal oversight.
- Partner with finance, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders on spending, costs, and business performance.
- Lead or support manufacturing finance analysis covering inventory, standard cost, absorption, capex, and productivity.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and assessments of AI opportunities and business impact.
Requirements
- Work independently on recurring responsibilities and handle complex, ambiguous analysis.
- Demonstrate a strong business-partnering mindset, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a broader business perspective.
- Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews and cross-functional discussions.
- Be proactive, structured, and able to drive follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
