Project Controller - Cost

Location: Tainan, Tainan City, Taiwan; project assignments may involve different locations

What you will do

• Establish and maintain cost control systems, processes, baselines, and project cost structures.
• Develop cost forecasts, trending, variance analysis, change management, and decision-support inputs.
• Configure and maintain SAP and Omega 365 cost data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare WIP and issue cost, commitment, and manhour reports for project and management reviews.
• Support currency exposure management and hedging activities with Treasury.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement, business area, and project teams while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project cost control experience with a record of delivering accurate cost information and guidance to senior management.
• Solid knowledge of project cost management methodologies, tools, project structures, and contract terms.
• Experience with ASU or related business and equivalent projects.
• Proficient SAP skills; Omega 365 experience is preferred.
• Experience with global cost control across multiple engineering offices and multinational or overseas projects.
• Fluent spoken and written English required; ability to accept project assignments and work in different locations.
