About the Role
You will respond to supervisory-authority requests, support AML/CFT processes, map MiCA and national crypto-asset obligations, maintain risk controls and compliance documentation, improve customer-focused processes, and design, test, and implement AI workflows for document screening, regulatory monitoring, KYC, due diligence, and reporting.
Requirements
- Five-year degree in law, management, or finance
- Interest in crypto assets, fintech, and European financial regulation
- Ability to use and program technology for legal efficiency
- AI, automation, no-code, or low-code knowledge
- Documentation management
Responsibilities
- Support responses to supervisory authorities and regulators
- Support AML/CFT processes
- Map MiCA and national crypto-asset obligations
- Support risk mapping and controls
- Improve processes for involved business areas
- Support compliance policies, procedures, and documentation
- Design, test, and implement AI workflows for screening, monitoring, KYC, due diligence, and reporting
- Contribute to European crypto-asset regulatory projects
