What you will do
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of the organisation's Risk & Control framework.
- Identify operational risks, define controls and mitigation measures, and maintain the Control Matrix.
- Coordinate recurring control execution, collect evidence, review results, and track exceptions and improvement actions.
- Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities to simplify or strengthen ways of working.
- Develop process documentation, procedures, control descriptions, guidelines, and structured evidence repositories.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, indicators, and management updates while collaborating with departments and business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Risk & Control, compliance, business operations, process management, finance controls, or a related environment.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Interest in operational risk, internal controls, process improvement, and business transformation, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
