Principal Scientist

Location: Tarrytown, New York, United States; 4 days onsite

Salary: $128,600–$210,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead bioanalytical activities for clinical studies as part of clinical and project teams.
• Develop and manage bioanalytical strategies, including immunogenicity risk assessments, assay selection, and sampling timepoints.
• Coordinate deliverables and timelines across Bioanalytical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs, and clinical study teams.
• Review sample analysis documentation, clinical sample analysis reports, data, SOPs, publications, and guidelines.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions, responses to regulatory inquiries, protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports.
• Prepare and present scientific data at internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• PhD or BS/MS with 5+ years of experience in immunology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, ECL/MSD, LC-MS, PCR, flow cytometry, or immunogenicity assays.
• Experience writing or reviewing scientific documents and reports and contributing to regulatory submissions.
• Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
