RHO Quality Intern (AI)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite at the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Support end-to-end quality monitoring for Recording Head components from incoming materials through finished-goods inventory.
• Analyze quality data to identify systemic issues, abnormalities, and process-control opportunities.
• Support data-driven improvement projects involving Industrial 4.0, prescriptive analytics, and digital tools.
• Develop dashboards, interactive visualizations, and automated tools for real-time quality tracking.
• Support agentic AI prototypes for anomaly detection and process-control dashboards.
• Translate statistical and anomaly-detection outputs into clear narratives for engineering decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in data analysis.
• Familiarity with Python or R visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, or D3.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering subject-matter experts and data scientists.
• Experience with Power BI, JMP, Minitab, or similar data-analysis tools is an advantage.
