Email Marketing Coordinator

Location: On-site in Wheaton, Illinois, USA

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annual salary, based on experience, education, skills, and relationships.

What you will do

• Oversee weekly email communications and newsletters under the Director of Marketing Operations.
• Develop Daily Devotional emails with the Content Marketing team.
• Identify audience demographics and market segments for newsletter content.
• Develop ideas to increase email engagement and improve the health of the marketing email list.
• Improve CRM capabilities for customer data storage, segmentation, and engagement tracking.
• Coordinate digital graphics and execute weekly hirify.global+ promotional communications.

Requirements

• College degree and preferably 2+ years of experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, self-motivated, creative, energetic, and effective in interpersonal work.
• Experience with Asana or another project management tool.
• Commitment to hirify.global’s evangelical publishing ministry and active participation in a local church.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mailchimp.
